IMPACT, LEGACY, AND BUSINESS FOR GOOD

Do you ever find yourself wondering, “This can’t be it—there must be more”?

Why has God placed you in this position of authority and leadership?

Find answers at the Spark Conference—surrounded by mentors and peers who will speak life into your journey. Hear leaders share how they wrestled with the same questions—and discovered clarity, purpose, and breakthrough on their knees.

Join up to 650 people in Calgary at the Spark Business Leaders Conference on May 27th and 28th, 2026 and make the most of all you put into your business for legacy, impact, vitality, and life.

In conjunction with LeaderImpact, a ministry of Power to Change, we’re inviting you to a deeply invigorating experience that infuses the Gospel into your leadership, your money, and your success.

Book your table or your spot—and elevate not only your leadership, but your spirit.

WHY SPARK?

Spark’s goal is to ignite a movement of generous leaders primarily in business to answer three questions and then act on them. Those questions are:

  • icon Why am I here?
  • icon Who do I serve: myself or God?
  • icon What is my purpose? And what will my platform be?

We are focusing on sparking a movement in Canada of gospel patronage and marketplace ministry.

If you’re attached to the status quo of hollow success, don’t come to Spark. These two days are a burst of heat and light that deeply challenges not only how you succeed, but why you succeed.

At Spark, the talks and mastermind workshops are motivational and practical, led by world-class entrepreneurs and philanthropists:

  • icon Shift your hearts relationship with money in service to God and break free of the lifestyle trap
  • icon Steward your assets, wealth, and energy with a Gospel heart in a culture that prizes ego and self-idolatry
  • icon Set your business up to balance ambition, drive, and growth with generosity, humility, grace, and family
  • icon Elevate your leadership by recognizing you are second in command of your business—with God as the CEO
  • icon We want to see leaders in the Church go from chasing the secular "Success to Significance" glide path, to the next level of Submission, Stewardship, Servanthood, and Surrender.
